Greetings Dear Friend,

Not long ago, I was heading straight down the road of climbing the corporate ladder.  This ladder appeared to be the right path for me because it was the only way I thought I could be successful.  I never learned that life could look any different than a corporate job.  I excelled in that environment for many years and worked tirelessly week after week.  After complying for over 20+ years, I hit a point where nothing made sense.  I started to question everything and went down many rabbit holes, ultimately making me hate my job.  Things got so bad at work that I would pull into the parking lot and cry in my car before work.  I had to talk myself out of the car and into the office countless times.  This job was robbing me of my happiness.  It left me unfulfilled, depressed, burnt out, and with nowhere to turn.  I was lost, and I quickly left that job and fell into the unknown.

The unknown felt like darkness, one giant black hole, and I had no tools to dig myself out.   I was trying to process so much, and I knew all of this was happening for a reason.  The Universe was nudging me, but it felt like a swift kick in the rear with a faceplant into the unfamiliar.  I desperately needed to find a way to pick up the pieces and move on.  So I started to dive into books, meditations, courses, podcasts, breath-work, plant medicines, and anything that allowed me to learn more about myself.  I knew I was the only one who could change my situation, so that's where I started.  I kicked off my days with daily meditations and dove into learning about my strengths, personality, and how these gifts work for me.  I finally noticed that life began to change for me through all of my accumulated knowledge and by taking action.  Small things were happening to me, subtle but happening.  My mindset shifted from "why is this happening to me" to "what can I learn from this." Finally, the impossible felt within reach, and I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Negative thoughts, people, and experiences were melting away.  I looked through life with a new lens that saw vibrant colors, happiness, love, and compassion for everything. 

 
Once I started to implement these core principles into my life, I quickly went from barely surviving to thriving.  I went from being told what to do to creating my own life playbook.  Life has never been better, and I owe it all to my commitment to myself and the hard work I have implemented.
